How to cancel NOW
To cancel NOW, sign in to My Account on the NOW website, go to Membership & Payment, pick the membership and click Cancel membership. You can't cancel in the NOW app. Each membership is cancelled separately.
How to cancel NOW
- Sign in to My Account on the NOW website, ideally on a computer or tablet. You can't cancel in the NOW app.
- Go to Membership & Payment and pick the membership, Boost or Ultra Boost you want to stop.
- Click Cancel membership and follow the steps, then look for the confirmation email.
Watch out for
- Each membership is cancelled separately.
- On a minimum-term plan the payments carry on until the term ends.
- If you pay through EE TV or another partner, cancel with them.
If they offer you a deal to stay
You don't have to accept a retention offer. If you still want to cancel, choose the option to continue, and don't stop until you see a confirmation screen or email.
Signed up through Apple or Google?
If you signed up in an iPhone app, cancel in iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. If you signed up on Android, cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.
Your rights in the UK
- A service contract made online, by phone or away from a shop can usually be cancelled within 14 days of signing up, without a reason.
- You can stop a recurring card payment (a continuous payment authority) by telling your bank or card company, up to the end of the business day before it is due. They must do it. That stops the money, not the contract, so you may still owe what you agreed.
- New UK subscription rules start in January 2027: clearer information up front, regular reminders, an easier way to leave, and a new 14-day cooling-off period after a free trial or a renewal.
