If they offer you a deal to stay
You don't have to accept a retention offer. If you still want to cancel, choose the option to continue, and don't stop until you see a confirmation screen or email.
Signed up through Apple or Google?
If you signed up in an iPhone app, cancel in iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. If you signed up on Android, cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.
Your rights in the UK

- You can stop a recurring card payment (a continuous payment authority) by telling your bank or card company, up to the end of the business day before it is due. They must do it. That stops the money, not the contract, so you may still owe what you agreed.
