How to cancel Netflix
To cancel Netflix, go to the Manage your membership page in your Netflix account, tap or click Cancel, then tap or click Finish Cancellation. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel. Signed up through Apple or Google?
If you signed up in an iPhone app, cancel in iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. If you signed up on Android, cancel in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.
Your rights in the UK
